The Paiva road system includes a coastal road extending 6.5 kilometers, Via Parque, and the Arquiteto Wilson Campos Júnior Bridge, which is 320 meters long.

Users of Rota dos Coqueiros approved the highway with a score of 9.7 (maximum of 10), according to a survey conducted by Brazil's Institute of Social, Political and Economic Research (IPESPE).

The proper maintenance of the asphalt, absence of traffic at the site and the time saved to arrive at the destination were some of the benefits highlighted.

Drivers save some 30 kilometers to reach the Southern coast beaches and the Suape industrial and seaport complex, with the Guararapes/Gilberto Freyre International Airport serving as the reference starting point.

The concession, which will last 33 years, is Pernambuco's first public-private partnership (PPP). The company invested R$ 75.6 million in the construction work for the road system and operation of the infrastructure to access Paiva Reserve and the other beaches along the Pernambuco Southern coast.

As part of its commitment to promote people's well being, Rota dos Coqueiros also offers a 6.5-km bicycle path, used by 400 cyclists per week on average. For those who want to appreciate the landscape along the stretch, there are two overlooks for people to catch a glimpse of the mouth of the Jaboatão River at the point where it meets the ocean.
